Great location in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The beach is just a short 10-minute stroll away. The apartment itself is amazing, with a fantastic shower that deserves a perfect 10 rating. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a water kettle and a moka cooker. Towels were provided, along with tea and ground espresso, which was a nice touch.
Although not a major issue for us, it's worth mentioning that there are two restaurants/bars downstairs, which may generate some noise for those who are sensitive to it. However, the owner had informed us about this beforehand, so we didn't have any complaints.

Convenient amenities: air con, elevator. Perfect for 2 people, close to everything important. Stayed for 2 weeks, nothing felt missing. Quick communication with host. Stylish decor, high-speed wifi. Highly recommended, will stay again in Alicante.
